Great Breakfast Experience

The breakfast at Grand Hotel Preanger was good! There was a variety of both local and Western dishes, making it easy to find something I enjoyed each morning. I especially loved the made-to-order omelettes prepared by a long-serving chef who really knows his stuff. And the croissants? Simply delicious! The atmosphere was enhanced by live traditional music. It truly made my mornings special.

Relaxing Poolside Visit

The swimming pool area was definitely a highlight of my stay. It was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed the jacuzzi nearby, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the attentive pool staff who promptly assisted when we sought the massage jets. It felt great to lounge by the pool with a good book!

Charming Room Ambiance

Joyful Pool Activities

During my stay, I took advantage of the pool facilities which catered not just to relaxation but also to fitness. My experience at Prama was absolutely fantastic! The hotel has a great layout with comfortable and clean accommodations. The staff truly makes a difference, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued. While the room could use a bit of modernization, the overall experience was wonderful. I'm looking forward to getting back there in September!

The Prama Grand Preanger really missed the mark for me, especially with what they claim to be a 'four-star' experience. When I checked in, the staff seemed disoriented, and communication was tough due to the language barrier. My room was incredibly outdated and the cleanliness was far from acceptable. On the flip side, the location was decent, allowing easy access to nearby attractions, but it didn't make up for the overall disappointment in my stay. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more comfortable experience.
